Prevention Programs

For toddlers between the ages of 3-5. (Separate workshops for parents are also available)

Now in its 19th year, our Safe Kids Program offers in-school child abuse prevention and intervention education. It is presented to all Yamhill County public elementary school children in grades K-5. Based on scripted discussions, our trained facilitators cover bullying, stranger awareness and inappropriate touch. School personnel and parent workshops are also available. Read More>>

A four series workshop for families of all experiences to explore topics related to healthy touching and boundaries.

Juliette’s House is striving to end child sexual abuse in our Communities by offering Darkness to Light’s research informed Stewards of Children prevention training. This nationally recognized training covers five practical steps adults can take to help prevent, recognize, and respond responsibly to child sexual abuse.

Stewards of Children brings dialogue, awareness, and prevention of child sexual abuse to the forefront and seeks to empower individuals within our Community. As we expect our youth to constantly learn and grow in the world, we as adults, can model that mindset by taking the Stewards of Children training.

  • Juliette’s House hosts monthly trainings in English and Spanish
  • Trainings are led by a certified facilitator
  • Participants receive a Prevention workbook, Continuing Education Units, and a Certificate
