Yamhill County, OR – Juliette’s House, Child Abuse Intervention Center is pleased to announce the hiring of Krista Basis as their new Chief Development Officer. Krista joined JH in September 2020.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Basis was a community development Peace Corps volunteer in St. Vincent, working with the Save the Children Fund.
She attended the School for International Management, and went on to work as a recruiter and recruitment coordinator for the Peace Corps. She also was a volunteer coordinator for the Denver Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and director of communications and special events for the Webb-Waring Institute at the University of Colorado Denver. Yamhill County, OR – Juliette’s House, Child Abuse Intervention Center is pleased to announce the JH board of directors has elected Gary Langenwalter as new board chair. Gary joined the JH board in July of 2018, and is a Managing Partner with Portland Consulting Group. Gary succeeds Ken Wessels, who has served on the JH board since 2015. We are very happy that Ken has chosen to remain as a board member with Juliette’s House and will continue to be a key asset to our organization as we move forward.
