Brenda Keevy
Financial Manager

Brenda started working as a part-time Medical Billing Specialist in February of 2009. She
brought the previously outsourced program back in house where she revamped it and had it running smoothly by the end of the year. She also worked with Oregon Child Abuse
Solutions Network, Nonprofit Finance Fund and other Child Abuse Centers within the state to help continue to evolve and meet the ever-changing demands of billing out Child Abuse Claims. In 2015 she was offered the position of Bookeeper and Payroll Specialist, which had also been outsourced. As Juliette’s house has grown her position has moved to a full-time position and she is now our Finance Manager. Brenda is part of our Operations Team and works closely with Juliette’s House’s Auditor to implement and follow the Standards of Non-Profit Accounting and is crucial to our Tax preparation and filing. She handles all of the accounting needs, records our income and expenses, provides monthly financial reports, records grants, completes payroll, IRA, FSA, Dental and assists with the Employee Health Insurance plans. She supervises the medical and mental health billing department and works closely with her assistants, directors and other staff to keep Juliette’s House at it’s best. She is part of our Wellness Committee and works with the Prevention and Resource Development teams as needed with projects in house and in the community.

Brenda lives in McMinnville with her young adult and teenage boys. She also has 3 rescue dogs, several backyard chickens, 2 leopard geckos and some fish. For fun she and her teenage son practice Karate (she is a 2nd degree black belt). She likes to swim, garden, knit, crochet, read and play Switch games with her kids.
