We Three Hosts “Home for the Holidays” Concert at Linfield University to Support Juliette’s House
On December 13th, McMinnville’s beloved musical trio, We Three, delivered an unforgettable evening with their first-ever “We Three Home for the Holidays” concert. The event, held at Linfield University’s Lucille Ice Auditorium, was filled with music, generosity, and community spirit, drawing a full crowd eager to celebrate the season and support a vital cause.
We Three, known for their alt-pop sound and deeply personal lyrics, has always been dedicated to using their platform for good. This concert marked a special partnership with Juliette’s House, a local Children’s Advocacy Center that has been serving children and families affected by abuse since 1997. A portion of the concert’s proceeds was donated directly to us, helping to sustain life-changing services, programs, and care during the season of giving!
A Stage Filled with Love and Stuffed Animals
In a heartwarming display of community support, concertgoers were invited to bring new stuffed animals to donate to children in need. Before the performance, our CEO, Russell Mark, and Director of Philanthropic Impact, Elizabeth Schrader, inspired the audience to rally behind our mission of supporting children.
As the concert began, attendees tossed their donations onto the stage, creating a truly magical moment—filling the auditorium with joy and the stage with over 400 plush toys destined to bring comfort to the children served by Juliette’s House.
“We’re excited to support the incredible work being done by Juliette’s House. This community has given us so much over the years,” said We Three ahead of the event. Before playing their first song, the band opened with:
“Let’s give a huge round of applause to Juliette’s House! We are absolutely honored to be a part of this!”
A Night of Music and Community
The concert was more than just a performance; it was a celebration of the community’s collective spirit and generosity. Fans enjoyed We Three’s signature blend of heartfelt lyrics and dynamic melodies, along with festive holiday favorites that set a joyous tone. The evening underscored the trio’s deep connection to their hometown and their commitment to giving back.
Beyond the success of the event itself, the impact of this partnership continues to grow. The band’s performance created a sense of unity and inspiration, and Juliette’s House was thrilled to learn that they’ve expressed interest in becoming more involved with the organization. Moments like these highlight how impactful partnerships can be, and they remind us that collaboration brings meaningful change.
Juliette’s House expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming support. “We are so grateful to We Three and the entire community for making this event such a success. The funds raised and the stuffed animals donated will directly impact the lives of children and families we serve,” said Russell Mark. “This concert truly embodied the spirit of the season and the support from our community.”
